Brain Balance Achievement Center of Palmdale, Calif., has earned a Board Certified Cognitive Center (BCCC) designation, granted by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES). The Palmdale center has shown their commitment to providing the best possible service to everyone who walks through their doors by requiring staff to complete a cognitive training and certification program through IBCCES that focuses on anxiety, dyslexia, autism and ADHD.
“We feel extremely excited to have obtained this certification for our center. As the need for services and support for our special needs community continues to rise, our eagerness to be fully equipped and educated has also increased, said Yomaira Gonzalez, owner and center director of Palmdale. “Knowing that most of my team not only have the education and experience, but also the credentials under IBCCES makes a difference. It adds even more credibility to our program and the staff that represents it. Thanks to this certification, school personnel in particular have been more receptive to learning more about our program and the remarkable impact is having on our community.”
