Boothill Is engaged in becoming a more diverse hotel,

00:15.5 – 00:17.8

and neurodiversity is a very important part of that.

00:18.0 – 00:22.6

I didn’t even know the term neurodiversity until I started working with you

00:22.6 – 00:26.5

guys, and then it just clicked, like, absolutely. Um,

00:26.7 – 00:31.4

so it was really important for us to join Visit Billings in the effort to make

00:31.5 – 00:36.0

Billings a certified autism destination. But at the same time,

00:36.1 – 00:40.1

I saw selfishly an opportunity to be that first hotel,

00:40.5 – 00:43.2

not only in Billings, but in the entire state of Montana,

00:43.8 – 00:46.6

in the entire region to be certified with IBCCES.

00:47.1 – 00:49.8

So that is what really lit the fire under us,

00:49.9 – 00:54.8

was those two things to be neurodiverse and uh, to be number one.
