Certified Autism Specialist: Requirements
- Master’s Degree & 2 years of experience in the field or a Bachelors degree & 10 years of experience in the field
- 14 autism-related CE hours: These hours can be earned through IBCCES training as a part of certification. Current applicable credit hours can be uploaded during the application process.
- Pass the competency exam
Autism Certificate: Requirements
- Currently employed in a setting that requires you to work or have contact with individuals with autism.
- 14 autism-related CE hours: These hours can be earned through IBCCES as a part of the certification. Current applicable credit hours can be uploaded in the application process.
- Pass the online competency exam

The IBCCES training has allowed me to take a deeper look into the therapy plans I create for my patients and students.
