Director of Clinical Outreach at DotCom Therapy

Nicole Pounds, M.S. CCC-SLP is a licensed speech language pathologist and the Director of Clinical Outreach at DotCom Therapy. She has been a teletherapist for five years, providing speech and language therapy for students remotely. As the Director of Clinical Outreach, Nicole leads DotCom Therapy’s community outreach programs including resource creation and distribution, training and education programs designed to provide therapy and educational support to clients, schools, and organizations in the US and around the world, and hosting DotCom Therapy’s podcast for parents of children with special needs, Helping Kids Thrive. She is passionate about empowering educators and leaders to make a difference for those with special needs in their own communities and has extensive experience both providing direct therapy and training educators and families.

Dr ShahDr. Julia Shah

Child Clinical Psychologist & Co-founder of Haven Psychology LLC

Dr. Julia Shah is a child clinical psychologist and co-founder of Haven Psychology LLC, a private teletherapy practice based serving patients in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Colorado. She is also a psychologist at SSM Health, a large medical system in the Midwest. Previously, she was the Clinical Director of Neurodevelopment at PrairieCare Medical Group in Rochester, MN. She completed her doctoral training at the University of Denver Graduate School of Professional Psychology and the Children’s Hospital of Colorado.

Dr. Shah has over 10 years of experience in assessment and intervention for children, teens and families and has expertise in a variety of clinical areas including anxiety, autism spectrum disorders and neurodiversity, depression, OCD, parent-child relationships and wellness-based interventions. She is passionate about making others feel comfortable to face the uncomfortable in their lives. She believes the best predictor of successful therapy will be the quality and strength of the relationship between the patient and therapist.

Chandra Manning of JSHCChandra Manning

Director of Operations at Jacksonville Speech & Hearing Center

Chandra joined Jacksonville Speech & Hearing Center in 2019 as their Director of Operations. Before joining Jacksonville Speech & Hearing Center, she was the Director of Operations for a successful audiology private practice in Jacksonville, FL. Her professional experience before the communication health industry includes communications and creative marketing for large life insurance firms, office, project management and quality control for a web-based company, and customer service management for large retail stores.

She’s regularly contributed either time or resources to many organizations including Tiny Hope, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Wigs for Kids, Girl Scouts of America, Young Life, United Way, and Hearing Loss Association of America.
