This virtual summit will provide information to make sure leaders, HR professionals, and DEI program staff have the knowledge and resources to effectively hire, retain, and manage a talented neurodiverse workforce, which includes staff who have autism, ADHD, dyslexia or other cognitive differences. Attendees will receive a certificate for 2 hours of professional development from IBCCES for attending the summit.

About the Host

For more than 20 years, The International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) has been the industry leader in cognitive disorder training and certification for education, healthcare, and corporate professionals around the globe. IBCCES provides evidence-based training and certification programs created in conjunction with clinical experts and individuals with autism in order to provide professionals serving individuals with cognitive disorders a better understanding of what these disorders are, industry best practices, as well as strategies to improve outcomes and the patient experience.

Natalia (Nat) Lyckowski

Global Neurodiversity@IBM BRG Co-Chair & Application Developer for IBM Global Financing

Nat Lyckowski is the Neurodiversity @IBM Global Business Resource Group Co-Chair. She is proudly neurodivergent and parent of an autistic IT Professional. Nat empowers acceptance culture by designing safe spaces to self-identify and developing education and initiatives that improve trust and allyship. She herself is a public speaker and the organizer of global enablement via training events, guest speakers, and panel events both within IBM and externally. Nat has over 10 years of experience of coaching and mentoring of neurodivergent individuals and their caregivers. She also interlocks with IBM HR, Talent Acquisition, and Communications to ensure vetting by the internal neurodivergent community. Nat is also experienced with cross-identity engagements with PWD/PWDA, LGBTQ+, Race, Ethnicity, Gender, and other identity groups. Nat is also a 25-year veteran Application Developer for IBM Global Financing.

Stephanie Winn

Manager of Talent Acquisition at Salt River Project (SRP)

Stephanie Winn is Manager of Talent Acquisition at Salt River Project (SRP), the nation’s third-largest public power and water utility. She has been with SRP for more than 20 years. Stephanie leads a team of 10 HR professionals who manage the recruiting and hiring process for the company, which includes cultivating new talent pipelines across diverse populations. She strengthened SRP’s veteran hiring practices and partnered with The Precisionists, Inc. to bring talented neurodiverse contractors into the organization. Stephanie led the company’s efforts to be the first utility to attain the Certified Autism Center designation. Her team is now focusing on sharing inclusive hiring best practices with hiring teams in support of SRP’s D&I initiatives.
Before joining the Human Resources team, she worked for 16 years in SRP’s Regulatory Policy & Public Involvement group, coordinating public involvement processes for transmission line siting projects and other critical electrical infrastructure work and building relationships across communities served by SRP.
Stephanie has an undergraduate degree in Japanese Studies from Occidental College and an MBA from Western International University. She is currently working on a Masters of Legal Studies in HR & Employment Law from Arizona State University.

Ernest Dianastasis

CEO, The Precisionists, Inc.

Ernie Dianastasis is the Founder and CEO of The Precisionists, Inc., a global administrative services and information technology company focused on employing 10,000 people with disabilities by the year 2025.

TPI is headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, but is national in its focus. Creating meaningful careers for people with disabilities while delivering world-class service to customers is a passion for Ernie. In 2018, The Precisionists received the prestigious national award from the Autism Society of America, for being the company to do the most to advance employment opportunities for individuals on the autism spectrum.

Ernie serves on the Board of Directors of the University City Science Center, in Philadelphia, PA.  He also serves on the Select Greater Philadelphia Advisory Board. He served on The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia’s Economic Advisory Council.

He is a member of The Delaware Business Roundtable, and the Delaware State Chamber Board. In 2017, Ernie was appointed by the Governor of Delaware to serve on the Government Efficiency & Accountability Review Board (GEAR) focused on best practices for State government.

Morénike Giwa Onaiwu

Neurodivergent Speaker, Advocate Scholar & Writer

Morénike Giwa Onaiwu, MA (she/they) is a global self-advocate, educator, and disabled person of color in a neurodiverse, multicultural, serodifferent family. A prolific writer, public speaker, and social scientist/activist whose work focuses on meaningful community involvement, human rights, intersectional justice, and inclusion, Morénike is a Humanities Scholar at Rice University’s Center for the Study of Women, Gender, and Sexuality and a member of several executive boards.

Diagnosed as autistic in adulthood shortly after their children’s autism diagnoses, Morénike has been an invited speaker at the United Nations, the White House, and numerous peer-reviewed international conferences. Publications include Sincerely, Your Autistic Child: What People on the Autism Spectrum Wish Their Parents Knew About Growing Up, Acceptance, and Identity from Beacon Press, All the Weight of Our Dreams: On Living Racialized Autism, and the forthcoming Neurodiversity en Noir: A Collection of Black Neurodiverse Voices from Jessica Kingsley Publishing (2022).
