Dear Editor
I thank Peter Davies for his response to our article.[1] Peter Davies highlights the importance of good working relationships with both fellow healthcare workers and patients in reducing levels of stress and burnout amongst NHS staff. I agree with him on this and we need to see NHS employers doing more to create positive working environments for their staff.
