What is the IBCCES Accessibility App?

IBCCES created the Accessibility App to help businesses increase transparency and better communicate with customers with disabilities. The majority of disabled consumers report barriers/lack of accurate information, low confidence in the information available, and difficulty in purchasing services or goods.

The Accessibility App business listings are for any type of organization open to the public: restaurants, attractions or entertainment venues, hotels, retail locations, grocery stores, etc. Accessibility starts with communication – whether you offer special accommodations or amenities to customers with disabilities, or you simply want potential customers to better understand the environment you currently offer, the Accessibility App is a step forward in transparent communication and connection.

Business listings on the App will provide an easy-to-manage solution for transparency and visibility within the disability community:
