Boeing Mesa’s BDS Fabrication Unit Earns Certified Neurodiverse Workplace (CNW) Designation

Another Boeing department has joined the growing neurodiverse workplace community with the company’s BDS Fabrication Unit’s earning a Certified Neurodiverse Workplace™ (CNW) designation. Following in the footsteps of Boeing’s Mesa-based electrical department, the company’s fabrication unit has become more welcoming to professionals with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other differences.

Boeing Mesa – Electrical Center of Excellence Continues Commitment to Neurodiversity and Inclusion

Since its initial certification as a Certified Neurodiverse Workplace™ (CNW) in 2020, Boeing Mesa’s Electrical Center of Excellence renewed its certification with an increased appreciation for the talents that neurodiverse professionals bring to an organization. The designation, granted by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES), promotes and embraces the benefits of hiring neurodivergent individuals, including people with autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and other neurological differences.
