| How has your IBCCES training/credential helped you in your career? | |
| My oldest son has high functioning autism. I know first-hand how scary having a child with ASD can be. My CAS has helped me explain children to their parents. It’s also helped me understand my child more. It drew me to begin my AutPlay journey and now I’m helping kids with ASD understand the world and helping parents be change agents with their children. | |
| How do you use/implement what you learned in the IBCCES certification training? | |
| I use my certification every day. Whether it’s explaining to parents what ASD is or going to school IEP meetings and explaining least restrictive environments and behavioral plans to schools. | |
