What’s your favorite part about what you do? |
It’s in my heart to help children achieve their fullest potential in their communication skills. That’s my favorite part. It’s seeing them say a word or sound for the first time, all the way to seeing them work at their first job. I recently saw a former student at a local kids’ restaurant. This was a student with behavioral and language challenges. He was friendly, courteous, hard-working, and professional. As I was leaving, almost with tears in my eyes, I told him how proud I was of him. That’s why I do what I do and love what I do.
How has your IBCCES training/credential helped you in your career? |
The training helped further my knowledge of telepractice. I want to deliver services that are the best that I can deliver. This training helped me to do that.
How do you use/implement what you learned in the IBCCES certification training? |
I use it on a daily basis when I work with students remotely. The training captured everything I needed for my toolbox in the world of teletherapy to be able to deliver exceptional service. |
