Seeing how evidence-based intervention strategies lead to positive behavior change in the clients I work with.

How has your IBCCES training/credential helped you in your career?

My training from IBCCES has helped me to better understand the functions of behavior among my clients. It has also reshaped the way I provide interventions and skill training with my clients.

How do you use/implement what you learned in the IBCCES certification training?

Every client is different. The rational for implementing the training acquired from IBCCES is a combination of the needs and functional level of the clients I work with and clinical directions from my BCBA supervisor. IBCCES has provided me with the professional skills I need to stay on top of my job as a Behavior Interventionist.
