What’s your favorite part about what you do?

My favorite aspect of my work is supporting students from diverse backgrounds daily, applying the skills I have gained in my practices and observing the positive results that emerge.

How has your IBCCES training/credential helped you in your career?

IBCCES training has helped me become more confident in my skills and abilities when working with children with diverse needs, including mental health. Reflecting on the strategies I’ve learned through this institution has contributed significantly to my personal and professional growth.

How do you use/implement what you learned in the IBCCES certification training?

As a professional working with students with diverse needs, I acquire in-depth knowledge and gather information that I will keep up-to-date on best practices and research. This allows me to better understand neurodivergent individuals and incorporate the updated knowledge into my daily practice.
